Building Meaning Together
The first step in the journey towards healing can often be the scariest. We may notice ourselves stuck in old, reactive behaviors, or negative thought patterns that are keeping us from being fully present in our lives. When we are ready for change, therapy can be a powerful tool to foster transformation.
My approach is rooted in relational psychoanalysis as well as trauma conscious, somatic, and creative frameworks. Each therapeutic relationship is unique, but will always include curiosity, insight, and compassion.
